Andini (Imelda Lubis) a student who always dream about her sister, Miranda (Uwi Jasmine) who worked as a hospital nurse. Andini nostalgic grown since Miranda had left home because of mutation work. Dream turned into a vision, make it with Robby and his girlfriend Mocil (Rizky Mocil) their college friends went looking for news of Miranda. Andini received information from Vivian, friends and hospital stay Miranda where Miranda works, the more he much he knew about his brother the more often he is haunted by the apparition, Andini surprised to find out the truth about her brother five months pregnant and that the reasons which made him leave the house.
