The story begins in the family of Mr. Sandy's massacre by psychopathic patients characterized by the emergence of a human heartbeat in one night. Mr. Sandy alone escaped death, but his wife and two children have become victims of the killer's sadism.
Furthermore, intermittent events 10 years later, where a group of children consisting of Alfons easy, Ricky, Rere, Edwin, Amel, dence, Rosma and Mita will celebrate New Year's Eve in a secluded villa in the region.
Apparently villa booked Rosma tidah neglected, seems to have not been inhabited for many years. Initially they wanted to cancel the party plans and intend to return home, but because of Edwin and Amelia could clean up, ultimately failed to leave the villa.
